Use this form once you have identified a candidate to hire into a postdoc position.
Please note that before filling out this form, you should discuss your postdoc hiring plans with your Departmental Research Administrator to ensure that you have a plan for funding your postdoc, and if hiring an international postdoc, you should also notify the person in your department who typically handles visa issues.
