1. This form should be used by students who transferred into Boston College. 2. Complete this form to have any of your transfer course evaluated by the appropriate department. 3. You must include a syllabus for each course you want evaluated. 4. Only submit on course per form as courses may be evaluated by different departments. 5. If you only need this course to count towards your overall earned degreee credits, you don no need to submit this.
