1. Complete this form to have any foreign study course evaluated by the appropriate department. 2. This form can be used prior to your study abroad semester, as well as after you return from abroad. 3. This form can be used for both Partner and Non-Partner programs. 4. You must include a syllabus for each course you want evaluated. 5. Only submit one course per form as courses may be evaluated by different departments. 6. If you only need this course to count towards your overall earned degree credits, you do not need to submit this form.
