Administrative time is time spent in tasks and meetings not related to projects or your Ops/Maint work, including professional development and ITS department meetings.
To enter Administrative time:
- Go to My Work.
- Select My Time Card.
- Select the Add Time button.
- In Project/Workspace, select Administrative.
- In the Time Type field, select
- Admin Meeting (All ITS meetings, for example),
- Operational Management (MRC, PRC, LSC, ESC, Staff Meetings, for example),
- People/HR Management (managers only) (Provide staff with feedback, for example),
- Professional Development (Employee Development classes, for example),
- Student Management/Formation (Meeting with students, for example), or
- Volunteer/University Event (Commencement)
- Enter the appropriate hours in the appropriate day(s), and a description, if desired.
- Click Save.
