Individuals are now able to share Dashboards they have created.

Ensure the Dashboard you want to share is visible on your screen. You can toggle between Dashboards via the drop down arrow.

Using the upper right menu, select Edit Dashboard.

Within the Dashboard Editing space, in the upper right menu, select Dashboard Settings.

The Dashboard Settings pop-up appears. This menu is where Dashboard Visibility can be selected. Sharing can be with everyone who has BCWorks or you can choose specific individuals.
Important: For any report to be viewed as a widget on a shared Dashboard, the recipient(s) must also be granted visibility permissions for that specific report.

Click Save.
Please note: any changes the dashboard owner makes to the Dashboard will propagate to those who have access.
